About the Role
We are looking for a Learning and Development Trainer who can contribute to the Association’s Mission and Vision through the delivery of learning activities that build workforce capability, capacity along with driving continuous improvement.
In this this role, you’ll deliver training both in-person and online to our employees, and work with our subject matter experts and stakeholders to create cohesive and inclusive learning solutions that address capability gaps. You’ll manage our Learning platform and evaluate learning solutions and incorporate feedback from our employees.
This is a permanent, full-time role but this recruitment process may also be used to fill fixed term and part-time roles within the team.
