About the Role
Our Service Desk team, based in Shenton Park, supports our users by providing responsive application and desktop support, both remotely and through site visits. Reporting to the Service Desk Lead, this role involves troubleshooting escalated support requests, improving user-facing processes, and delivering consistent, high-quality assistance.
About You
We are looking for a patient and approachable IT professional with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms. Known for your problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you manage support tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Collaborative and proactive, you adapt well to changing priorities and are committed to delivering high-quality service, ensuring a positive experience for every user.
In this role, you will ideally have:
To join our team, you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
