Administrator - Contract Management

About the Role

The Contract Management Administrator is responsible for the operation and integrity of the client contracts process to enable services to be scheduled allowing claiming and invoicing to be performed accurately and promptly, and to ensure a smooth client journey over the client life-cycle.

This is a part-time permanent position, 19 hours per week, based in our head office in Shenton Park reporting to the Management Accountant.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating service agreements including variations
  • Maintenance of client contract details in client management system
  • Creating and updating service bookings in the NDIS portal
  • Creating and updating funding details and financial packages in client management system
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of all client records

 

About You

We are looking for a Contract Management Administrator.

In this role, you will ideally have:

  • High level of personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Accountable and proactive in meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

 To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
