About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team, focusing on the administration, support, and maintenance of our Salesforce applications and other business-critical applications. This role is central to ensuring our applications operate effectively, meet organisational needs, and deliver value to our stakeholders.
Reporting to the Applications Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and documenting Salesforce applications while providing hands-on support to users and stakeholders. This position is particularly suited to someone who, along with strong technical skills, strongly values excellent soft skills; confident engaging stakeholders, translating technical concepts into plain language, and bringing people on the journey through system and process change.
