Service Administrator

About the Role

The Service Administrator is a key role within Therapy and Clinical Services team which provides administrative support to assist the team’s ability to provide quality supports to clients and their families. This position provides a caring and supportive point of contact to clients, families and project partners and completes a range of administrative duties which allows for the smooth running of our projects and programs.

This position requires a calm, flexible and professional person with a positive attitude to support the daily operations of the service and projects. Based at our East Fremantle centre, and Reporting to the Team Leader, the Service Administrator works in direct liaison with a variety of staff within the Therapy and Clinical team, including senior members of the team.

The Service administrator works in tandem with other administrative and operational staff to manage client contacts and enquiries, purchasing, calendar management, and documentation management along with various general administrative duties.

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll have an eye for detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport easily. Your positive and adaptable nature will enable you to meet the administrative needs of the service.

In addition, you will also:

  • Be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have experience and competency in Word & Excel, and database knowledge
  • Proven experience in a service-focused or project administration role

To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including an NDIS Workers Check.
