About the Role
Our Senior Recruitment Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Association is effectively resourced to deliver high-quality services. This position leads end-to-end recruitment processes, actively engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders to attract and select employees who align with our values and have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications. This position drives strategic initiatives to attract and manage diverse talent streams and enhance recruitment outcomes.
The role fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support workforce planning and develop and strengthen candidate pipelines. In addition to performing operational recruitment tasks and related administration, the Senior Recruitment Officer provides supervision and guidance to the Recruitment Officer.
About You
To succeed in this role you’ll be a people person with a passion for recruitment and the ability to deliver while maintaining focus on quality, speed and accuracy. You understand that timing is important when it comes to securing talent and can prioritise competing demands. You enjoy connecting with candidates, building rapport and providing a positive candidate experience. You’re equally confident engaging with hiring managers, understanding their workforce needs, and building relationships. You’ll bring hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle and experience in identifying and implementing strategies and improvements that enable us to source the best candidates to support our clients.
Experience using a Candidate Management System is essential, experience working in a compliance focused environment is highly desirable.
To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
