Human Resource & Recruitment Advisor

About the Role

The HR and Recruitment Advisor is based in our Shenton Park office and supports our Therapy and Clinical Services team to source talent in a challenging allied health market. This role also assists with general employee life-cycle activities and advice. You’ll have the chance to thrive in a knowledge-sharing and collaborative environment where you will be able to use your experience to:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, direct searches, phone screening, shortlisting, interviewing, compliance checks and onboarding;
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels;
  • Assist with process improvement and policy review; and
  • Provide contemporary Human Resource advice.

About You

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be an experienced, proactive and innovative recruiter;
  • Be highly organised and have effective time management skills;
  • Be confident in speaking with internal and external stakeholders, and developing effective relationships;
  • Be able to deliver agreed outcomes within deadlines;
  • Be adaptable to change and embrace new ways of doing things.

To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
