Shared Living Team Administrator

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant, friendly, and customer-focused Administration Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity.

 

This role plays a key part in supporting the Association’s commitment to professionalism and high-quality service for all clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Working closely with the Shared Living and Individual Options team, you will act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, respond to enquiries, coordinate purchasing, and handle correspondence.

 

Beyond day-to-day administrative tasks such as diary management and appointment scheduling, this position offers the opportunity to provide broader coordination support, particularly in compliance across both IO and SL functions. It’s a varied role suited to someone who enjoys learning, taking initiative, and contributing across multiple areas.

 

About You
Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be seeking a long-term opportunity within a supportive team.
  • Be confident with technology, able to quickly learn new systems, and switch between them with ease.
  • Have experience in a similar administrative role with strong customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and a strong client focus.
  • Be highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, including calendar management.
