About the Role
We have an opportunity to join our property team in this permanent full -time role based at our Shenton Park office. This role will provide administration support to the property team covering a wide range of administrative tasks including maintaining contractor compliance records, assisting other team members with repair purchase orders and many other varied tasks.
As strong collaboration and workplace culture are central to achieving our goals, this is a fully site-based, in-person role, working across our office and designated sites.
Roles and Responsibilities
About You
The role will combine your administration skills with a desire to do meaningful work. Experience in property administration is not essential however your attention to detail, good computer literacy skills and enjoy taking ownership of your work will be highly valued. Communication and time management skills will be highly regarded to carry out this role as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
We are open to people from various administration backgrounds where attention to detail and multitasking are a key part of your role, such as Legal assistants or schedulers etc. You may be looking to take that next step in your career pathway with an interest in Property and wanting to be mentored and developed.
Criteria
To join our team, you will be required to complete required clearances including a valid driver’s licence, Medical, National Police Clearance.
