About the Role
The Senior HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality HR services across the full employee lifecycle at the Autism Association. This position provides leadership to two HR Administrators and ensures the effective and efficient administration of HR processes.
The role oversees day‑to‑day HR administration such as compliance, employee changes, separations, general enquiries and reporting, and contributes to broader HR improvement initiatives, including HRIS optimisation and process review. It also provides guidance to staff and managers on HR procedures and ensures accurate data management and record keeping across HR systems. This role is also responsible for processing visa applications, parental leave applications and coordinating data for audits.
As strong collaboration and workplace culture are central to achieving our goals, this is a fully office-based, in-person role.
About You
We are seeking a detail-oriented person with great organisation, customer service and communication skills. To thrive in this role, you’ll understand the sensitivity of the information we manage and the time dependency of our tasks, and will be able to balance day-to-day operations with longer-term projects. Experience in HR and familiarity with using an HRIS will enable you to deliver HR services; experience with processing visa applications would be highly regarded. The successful candidate will be experienced in collating, analysing and presenting data for reports, audits, and trend identification. Experience in supporting colleagues to succeed in their roles will be highly valued.
To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
