Customer Service Officer - Autism Advisor

About the Role

As an Autism Advisor, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact—guiding individuals and families through available supports, including the NDIS, with empathy, clarity and confidence. You’ll help translate complex information into practical next steps, ensuring every person feels heard, understood, and supported.

About You

You’re a people-focused professional who brings empathy, organisation, and strong communication skills to everything you do. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality support.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect
  • A strong customer service mindset and commitment to positive outcomes
  • Experience managing a high volume of enquiries across phone and email
  • Confidence using CRM systems with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • An understanding of autism and/or the NDIS (highly regarded but not essential – full training provided)

To join our team you will be required to complete mandatory clearances including a NDIS Workers Screening Check.
