Residential Support Worker - Full Time

Our Residential Support Workers work directly with individuals with Autism and their families to help them live their best life. You’ll be helping them with daily activities such as community engagement, hobbies, personal care and domestic tasks as well as supporting them to achieve their goals.

Based in various suburbs across the Perth metro area, our clients are supported 24/7 as a full-time support worker, you will work three 2.5-day shifts (including overnights) over a three-week period followed by scheduled days off inc. 9 days off at the end of the 3 week roster!  

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for applicants who genuinely want to make a real impact! You’ll bring kindness, respect, and a calm approach whilst supporting people to live as independently as possible. You should be resilient, patient, practical and solution focused and will show up to provide consistent, high-quality support to those with higher needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Unrestricted Working rights in Australia
  • Full driver’s licence (No P-plates) and a suitable 4 door vehicle
  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • Comfortable assisting clients with personal care (Toileting, Showering etc)
  • Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Sound decision making skills
