Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We are searching for a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to enhance brand engagement, connect with the community, and bring our mission to life.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives that align with the strategic direction of the Association. You will use your experience to deliver and implement creative, engaging and data-driven communications and marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

In this role, you will help shape how our brand is experienced - collaborating with teams across the organisation to enhance awareness, strengthen engagement and connect the community with the services and supports we provide.

You will join a purpose-driven team that works closely together, shares ideas and drives one another to spark creativity – delivering innovative, agile marketing that stands out and genuinely matters.  While no two days look the same, the work you will be part of is more than just a job. What you will bring to this role:

  • Experience developing, executing and evaluating successful marketing campaigns across owned, paid and earnt channels.
  • Strong background in leading social media strategy and creating engaging content.
  • Ability to analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of developing automated email campaigns, website content management, Google Ads and SEO.
  • Skilled in producing marketing collateral and creating, proofreading and editing copy that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Experience supporting the planning and delivery of events and promotional activities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Awareness of digital trends, platform updates and competitor activity. 
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations, communications, or media.
  • Alignment with organisational values and a passion for supporting individuals with Autism and their families.
