About the Role
Our Recruitment Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Association is effectively resourced to deliver high-quality services. This position manages end-to-end recruitment processes, actively engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders to attract and select employees who align with our values and have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications. Using a range of selection tools, the Recruitment Officer ensures recruitment outcomes are both efficient and effective.
In addition to operational recruitment and related administrative responsibilities, the Recruitment Officer supports the Senior Recruitment Officer in reporting, strategy delivery, process improvement and sourcing new candidate pipelines.
This a permanent, full-time role, based in our Shenton Park Office. As strong collaboration and workplace culture are central to achieving our goals, this is a fully office-based, in-person role.
About You
To succeed in this role you’ll be a people person with a passion for recruitment and the ability to deliver while maintaining focus on quality, speed and accuracy. You understand that timing is important to secure talent, and can prioritise competing demands. You will manage post-interview candidate compliance so will need to be organised and methodical, and able to work collaboratively with others in the team. You enjoy connecting with people, building rapport and providing a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike, enabling you to source the best candidates to support our clients.
Experience using a Candidate Management System and working in a compliance focused environment is highly desirable.
