Join our multidisciplinary therapy team and build your confidence, clinical skills and career while making a real difference alongside autistic individuals and their families.
Here’s what you can look forward to as a graduate Speech Pathologist with us:
Feel supported from day one
Your first year as a Speech Pathologist should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Our graduate pathway gives you the structure, supervision and encouragement to grow with confidence .
Learn in well-supported therapy hubs with on-site leaders and experienced clinicians at your finger tips.
Access regular supervision, coaching and practical support as you develop your skills working alongside autistic individuals and families. You’ll shadow clinicians, use our online learning portal and build your toolkit as part of a collaborative therapy team.
You’ll also take part in our annual professional development program, including three dedicated PD days each year to keep building your Speech Pathology and autism capability and confidence.
After your first 12 months, you’ll receive your own PD budget and dedicated PD leave to explore your clinical interests and shape your next career steps.
Build your caseload at the right pace
Our onboarding process gives you time to settle in, learn and grow before taking on a full caseload. Your caseload builds gradually so you can focus on developing strong clinical foundations and meaningful relationships with clients and families.
You’ll provide individual and group therapy supporting speech and language development, social communication, literacy, and assessment and implementation of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), with support to build your skills across a range of settings.
Work flexibly, with support behind the scenes
Work across therapy hubs, homes, schools and community settings, with flexibility to shape your week around client needs and the way you work best.
We provide supports across the age span, so you can work the age group that best suits your interest.
Our scheduling team manages the logistics, so you can spend more time doing the clinical work you love.
Step into fully equipped therapy spaces
From assessment materials to specialised assistive technology, including high-tech AAC and therapy resources, our hubs are set up so you can focus on learning, connecting and delivering great therapy.
Do work that matters in the community
Be part of inclusive community events and projects with partners such as AQWA, the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Scitech, Sensitive Santa and WA Cricket.
About You

Additional requirements for the role include:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Registered as a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience in or passion for working with children and/or adults with disability and their families is desirable
To join our team, you will be required to complete required clearances including a Medical, National Police Clearance / NDIS Workers Check
