About the Role

This position supports our busy Advisory team, making the day run smoothly and ensuring services, individuals and families are effectively supported. The position liaises with key internal and external stakeholders and completes administrative duties for the NDIS portal along with managing unresolved claims. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating NDIS service bookings through the provider portal and liaising with the NDIA
  • Creating NDIS service agreements and day to day data management
  • Overall administrative support to the Autism Services Advisor team

About You

You’ll have highly developed communication skills across a diverse range of people internally and externally. With strong time management skills to meet key timelines and team measures, you’ll have excellent attention to detail, along with IT proficiency across MS office for recording data and reporting. Our team strive for continuous quality improvement and an excellent customer service focus is a must!
