The Autism Association of Western Australia is the largest specialist lifespan organisation in Australia, providing support to people with Autism through a wide range of services from early childhood to adulthood. About the Role

Spend your day making a difference to someone’s life by supporting them to reach their individual goals at home, in the community or at work. Whether you are available for a few hours a week, or for a full week, we have opportunities for you to make these hours count.

About You

You will have an understanding that each person is different and a kind and caring nature together with the confidence and passion to advocate for others. You will be looking to further develop your skills and will recognise the opportunity to fulfill your potential in this diverse and rewarding role. Your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous experience in the Disability sector.
  • Commitment to supporting individuals needs and goals.
  • Resilience to undertake new challenges.
  • A full drivers licence without P plates 
  • An ANCAP 5-Star rated, or suitable vehicle
