About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, you will work as a key member of the People and Culture team to deliver core and strategic HR services to senior staff. Partnering with service managers, your key focus will be on the implementation and embedding of core HR activities and capabilities consistent with HR legislation, organisational policies, industrial agreements and employment contracts. You will also drive continuous improvement in all aspects of your role.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly proactive, motivated and tertiary-qualified HR practitioner with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Your experience and skills will include:   

  • Strength in employee/industrial relations
  • Strong team player with an ability to contribute to policy development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical solutions approach
  • Experience in interpreting employment law and legislation
  • High standard of communication, written and oral.
  • Experience in managing projects to a successful outcome
