About the Role
The position is based at our Shenton Park offices and will provide support to the Health and Safety Manager, while promoting and maintaining a safety and wellbeing culture for all persons at the Autism Association. This role is Full Time, however will consider Part Time.
Key duties include:
Monitor and identify actions resulting from incident management review process.
Facilitate regular audits, inspections for compliance, review findings and recommended actions.
Conduct and support the team with incident investigations and interpretation of data to eliminate or minimise safety risks
About You
In this role, you will ideally have:
A Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
Proven experience in a similar role
Knowledge of key legislative requirements in areas of Occupational Safety and Health.
Proficient in incident investigations, health and safety auditing and risk assessments.
Experience in the development and review of policy and procedures.
Previous experience working with SolvSafety and SolvInjury management systems (desirable, not essential)
Knowledge of Worker’s Compensation and Injury Management legislative (desirable, not essential).
