Exciting Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager for our Early Childhood Therapy Services for children up to the age of 8 years. This senior leadership position reports directly to the Executive Manager of Therapy and Clinical Services (Children).
The early intervention service operates out of four metropolitan hubs, including our Head Office at Shenton Park. The Early Intervention Team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Early Childhood Teachers and Therapy Assistants. Our team works closely with families, and we are committed to creating a positive impact in the lives of the children and their families.
About You
The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and their families. You will demonstrate dedication to excellence in service delivery and placing the child and family at the centre of all decision making. You will be an experienced clinician with a background in managing a team and dedicated to developing the skills and creativity of your staff.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will complete the required clearances, including an NDIS Workers Check.
