About the Role
We currently have two Centre Administrator roles available, one based at Joondalup and one based at Midland. The Centre Administrator is a key role within Therapy and Clinical Services as one of the first contacts for clients and their families. This position provides support to clients and their families by linking them into Autism Association services and providing efficient administration services to assist the smooth running of the centre.
This position requires a calm, flexible and professional person with a positive attitude to support the daily operations of the reception areas at our Midland Centre or our Joondalup Centre. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Centre Administrator works in direct liaison with a variety of staff within the Therapy and Clinical team, including Senior members of the team.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll have an eye for detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport easily. Your positive and adaptable nature will enable you to meet the administrative needs of the Centre.
