About the Role

We have an opportunity to join our property team in this permanent full -time role based at our Shenton Park office. This newly created role has been made necessary due to the ongoing expansion of the Property portfolio. The role will provide administration support to the property team covering a wide range of administrative tasks including maintaining contractor compliance records, assisting other team members with repair purchase orders and many other varied tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Liaising with contractors to arrange and follow up on maintenance tasks
  • Payables, verifying works which have been completed
  • Liaising with our centres and homes as required to assist with property maintenance, site visits will be required
  • Ensuring supplier quotations meet required standards
  • Ensure the property software is up to date and maintained
  • Work with other Property team members including some customer facing tasks
  • Relief of the Property Administrator role as required

About You

The role will combine your administration skills with a desire to do meaningful work. Experience in property administration is not essential however your attention to detail, good computer literacy skills and enjoy taking ownership of your work will be highly valued. Communication and time management skills will be highly regarded to carry out this role as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You will come from an Administration background, wanting that next step in your career pathway with an interest in the property sector.

Preferred Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in general administration will be highly valued.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.

To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
