About the Role

This is a part time, (32h/week) key role within the Therapy & Clinical Services Team liaising directly with families and the therapy team. The Group Administrator is involved in the planning and coordination of our specialist therapy group programs. The Group Administrator takes registrations for group programs, manages room bookings and assists with scheduling and staffing of the sessions.

The Administrator is also one of the first contacts for clients and their families.  This position provides support to clients and their families by linking them into Autism Association services and providing efficient administration services to assist the smooth running of the centre.

This position suits a highly organised individual with a professional and positive attitude who is passionate about offering a high-quality service to our clients and families.

About You

You’ll have an eye for detail, excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport easily, with a positive, can-do attitude.  A desire to be organised, and the ability to prioritise administration tasks will be vital to your success. You’ll also have:

  • A high level of organisation and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience & competency in Word & Excel, and database knowledge
  • A positive, contemporary attitude and values driven approach towards people with disabilities.
