Service Engagement Coordinator – Shared Living

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to play a pivotal role in supporting individuals as they transition to their new home. In this person-focused position, you will be the primary point of contact, supporting individuals and their families through this important time in their life and providing them with the support they need.

Your responsibilities will include providing knowledge of the service to a wide range of stakeholders and working in partnership with them to achieve the best possible outcome for each person.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Shenton Park office.

About You

You will bring warmth, understanding, and a proactive approach to supporting individuals and their families through their decision-making process, ensuring their needs and preferences are at the centre.

You are a person who thrives on connecting with people, actively engaging with individuals, their families, and key stakeholders to build trusting relationships. Your approachable nature, combined with strong communication will foster collaboration and the experience of being valued and supported to all those involved.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a human service discipline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people, especially in stressful times.
  • Well-developed analytical skills to undertake the service administration and evaluation that is central to this role.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Well-developed written skills.
  • A valid and unrestricted driver’s licence.

To join our team, you’ll be required to complete the required clearances including a Medical, National Police Clearance and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
