About the Role
AIM Employment is a Disability Employment Services provider set up by the Autism Association of WA to assist people with an Autism Spectrum Disorder to find and maintain employment in the community.
We are seeking a casual Job Coach to join our dedicated team in a capacity building role. You will be providing support in all stages of employment, from job readiness to on-the-job support to individuals with Autism throughout a range of locations.
About You
Experience as a Job Coach is not necessary, you may be currently studying Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Teaching, working as an Education Assistant or a parent who has a child with Autism. If you share our passion for Autism, we would love to hear from you!
In this role, you will ideally have:
To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance and NDIS Workers Check.
