Engagement Coordinator

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Coordinator to join our Individual Options Team. This position is offered as a full-time contract. In this role, you will work alongside other Coordinators with the shared purpose of creating the best possible outcome for each person we support.

The Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the commencement of supports for new participants, ensuring the support we provide is tailored to each person’s needs. In your role, you will work closely with individuals, families and external referral services.

The successful candidate will be a strong advocate for the rights of people with disability to lead the life they choose. To this end, you will work with passion and commitment to overcome barriers and create opportunities for individuals to have a good life.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong commitment to an inclusive community where the worth and dignity of each individual is valued.  Requirements further to this include: 

  • Experience in Human Services.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Full driver’s licence (No P-plates)

To join our team, you’ll be required to complete the required clearances including a Medical, National Police Clearance and NDIS Workers Screening Check
