Community Support Worker - Part Time

About the Role

Our Community Support Workers work directly with individuals with Autism and their families to help them live their best life possible. This can include daily activities such as community engagement, hobbies, personal care, and domestic tasks as well as support them to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.

We are currently looking for Part Time Support Workers to help make a positive difference in the lives of the adults who are residing in our shared community homes. With various suburbs located across the greater Perth metro area, our houses are supported 24/7 with an ongoing roster.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a genuine desire to make a difference in a person’s life. This would include showing respect and support for our clients’ needs as well as helping them achieve their personal goals.

Essential Requirements

  • Unrestricted Working rights in Australia
  • Full driver’s licence (No P-plates)
  • A suitable 4 door vehicle
  • Experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Sound decision making and problem-solving skills.

To join our team, you’ll be required to complete the required clearances including a Medical, National Police Clearance and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
