About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Coordinator to join our Individual Options Team. The position is offered as a full-time contract. In this role you will work alongside other Coordinators with the shared purpose of creating the best possible outcome for each person we support.
This role is for a motivated and dedicated individual to lead a team of Support Workers, ensuring the support we provide is tailored to each person’s needs while successfully managing competing priorities. Duties include working closely with individuals with Autism and their families, staff mentoring and supervision, and developing skills and opportunities for participants.
The successful candidate will be a strong advocate for the rights of people with disability to lead the life they choose. To this end, you will work with passion and commitment to overcome barriers and create opportunities for individuals to have a good life

Salary: $73,455 + Super + Salary Packaging
