Accounts Payable Officer

About the Role

Based at our modern office in Shenton Park, you will be responsible for the operation and integrity of vendor accounts. This full-time position will cover:

  • Processing purchase invoices in the finance system, ensuring approval in line with delegation policy
  • Preparing regular payment runs
  • Responding to internal and external stakeholder queries
  • Providing administration support ensuring effective and efficient financial accounting operations

About You

You’ll thrive on being organised/efficient with strong attention to detail, ensuring that you consistently meet deadlines with your work.  As a team member, you will excel in a collaborative environment, working together to achieve our shared goal of delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will ideally have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in a similar role or a willingness to learn
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Familiarity and experience with financial accounting systems
  • Knowledge and/or use of accounting systems

To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
