Client Liaison Officer (Scheduling)

About the Role 
 
We are looking for a friendly, professional and meticulous team-player to join our dedicated team. Client Liaison Officers play a key role ensuring every family experiences a seamless and efficient process when booking, attending, and scheduling their supports with us. The support provided by Client Liaison Officers helps families to get the most out of their NDIS funding plan and have a quality and timely experience when scheduling their therapy services with us. 
 
Client Liaison Officers support therapists to roster their appointments and activities ensuring individuals with Autism and their families receive the support they have requested. Basic accounting and data entry skills, and a knowledge of NDIS and the disability sector is highly desirable.   

About You 

You will understand effective and efficient staff rostering and logistical impacts, such as travel requirements between appointments. You will have experience in and be comfortable engaging with various stakeholders such as Therapists, schools and families. 

In addition, you will:  

  • Have sound IT skills, including advanced use of Excel. 

  • Be highly organised and comfortable using multiple systems, tasks and priorities.   

  • Be an excellent communicator, you’ll proactively engage with the team to ensure a high level of customer experience is maintained.  

  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively, and show initiative.

  • Understand the need for accuracy and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in your work. 

To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including an NDIS Workers Check
