Accounts Administrator

About the Role

The Accounts Administrator role is a permanent part-time position based at our offices in Shenton Park. This position is responsible for the operation and integrity of client accounts, raising invoices, receipting funds and reconciling bank statements, and responding to client account enquiries.

Key duties include:

  • Producing and issuing invoices
  • Timely response to client queries including liaising with service departments
  • Credit control of client accounts including recording receipts and producing statements

 About You

To be successful you’ll have an organised and efficient approach to your work with strong attention to detail, follow-up of key issues, and a high standard of accuracy to meet timeframes. You’ll work collaboratively as a team member to provide a high standard of service to external and internal customers.

 Your skills and experience will include: 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in a similar role or a willingness to learn
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Familiarity and experience with financial accounting systems
  • Knowledge and/or use of accounting systems

To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
