About the Role
We have an opportunity to join our property team in this permanent full-time role based at our Shenton Park office. This position will provide administration support to the property team covering a wide range of administrative tasks including maintaining contractor compliance records, assisting other team members with repair purchase orders and many other varied tasks.

About You
The role will combine your administration skills with a desire to do meaningful work. Experience in property administration is not essential however your attention to detail, good computer literacy skills and enjoy taking ownership of your work will be highly valued. Communication and time management skills will be highly regarded to carry out this role as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
You will come from an Administration background, wanting that next step in your career pathway with an interest in the property sector.
Preferred Criteria
To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance and a valid driving licence in Western Australia.
