About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join a small, caring team providing support to a 25-year-old man with Down’s Syndrome and autism. He is a gentle soul who communicates primarily through non-verbal means and thrives on routine, kindness, and connection. Residential Support Workers will be required to work a 24 hour roster pattern. The roster rotates over a 3-week period and will be discussed further at interview.

Our Residential Support Workers make a positive difference in the lives of the adults residing in shared homes by assisting them to live the life they choose, including daily activities such as hobbies, personal care and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning and maintaining a home. Residential Support Workers are also responsible for keeping up to date client records and administration tasks.
