About the Role
Our Recruitment Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Association is effectively resourced to deliver high-quality services. This position manages end-to-end recruitment processes, actively engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders to attract and select employees who align with our values and have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications. Using a range of selection tools, the Recruitment Officer ensures recruitment outcomes are both efficient and effective.
In addition to operational recruitment and related administrative responsibilities, the Recruitment Officer supports the Senior Recruitment Officer in reporting, strategy delivery, process improvement and sourcing new candidate pipelines.
About You
To succeed in this role you’ll be a people person with a passion for recruitment and the ability to deliver while maintaining focus on quality, speed and accuracy. You understand that timing is important when it comes to securing talent, and can prioritise competing demands. You’ll bring hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy connecting with candidates, building rapport and providing a positive candidate experience. You’re equally confident engaging with hiring managers, understanding their workforce needs, and building relationships. You build candidate pipelines, and have a commitment to excellence which will enable you to source the best candidates to support our clients.
Experience using Candidate Management System is essential, experience working in a compliance focussed environment is highly desirable.
To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
