About the Role

The Autism Association AIM Employment Program is the leading Autism specialist employment program in Australia for Autistic people.  We will be providing the Inclusive Employment Australia program across the Perth Metropolitan Area and Mandurah.  

We currently have opportunities available for Full-time Autism Employment Consultants for both Job Search and Job Support roles to join our high performing employment team.

These roles are responsible for empowering and motivating our job seekers on their employment pathway to success.  The focus is on building relationships with employers, breaking down employment barriers, and supporting each individual to build a career in their chosen area of interest.

To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including an NDIS Workers Check.
