Job Coach

About the Role

The Autism Association AIM Employment Program is the leading Autism specialist employment program in Australia for Autistic people.  We will be providing the Inclusive Employment Australia program across the Perth Metropolitan Area and Mandurah.  

We are seeking a casual Job Coach to join our dedicated team in a capacity building role. You will be providing support in all stages of employment, from job readiness to on-the-job support to individuals with Autism throughout a range of locations.

About You

Experience as a Job Coach is not necessary, you may be currently studying Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Teaching, working as an Education Assistant or a parent who has a child with Autism. If you share our passion for Autism, we would love to hear from you!

In this role, you will ideally have:

  • Passion for supporting people with Autism to lead the life they desire
  • A commitment to supporting individuals needs and goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A full valid driver’s licence
  • Access to a safe and suitable vehicle
  • Previous experience in the Disability Sector is desirable but not essential

To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance / NDIS Workers Check.
