Learning & Development Administrator

About the Role

Covering a 12-month period of parental leave, this role is set to begin on 5 January 2026.

The primary focus of the Learning and Development Administrator is to provide direct support to the Learning and Development Team, who are responsible for delivering training to the Association workforce.  This includes coordinating the annual staff training calendar, managing training attendance and online training enrolments, and liaising with all internal departments to ensure compliance is met.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the annual staff training calendar, including coordinating room bookings, catering and assisting trainers to set up training
  • Supporting staff to complete their required training on time to meet compliance, including assisting with training bookings into face-to-face sessions
  • Assist with managing the Learning Management System (ELMO), including creating and updating employee profiles, and managing training enrolments
  • Handling training enquiries via phone and email from both internal and external parties
  • Reporting – Provide monthly reports on training activities
  • Other administrative duties including processing purchase orders and invoices, coordinating appointments, meetings and room bookings.

About You

  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail to manage schedules, data, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency with standard office software like Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
