Working closely with the Data Analyst and service teams, you’ll help shape solutions that make work easier for staff and support the smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. We are looking to commence the successful applicant in the role commencing mid January 2026.

About You

In this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in multi-system or service environments
  • Strong skills in process mapping, workflow design, and optimisation
  • Experience supporting change adoption, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to identify and recommend practical or automated solutions (Power Platform experience highly regarded)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with data teams to validate issues and measure improvement
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, testing and UAT
  • Salesforce experience (advantageous)

 To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a Medical, National Police Clearance.
